The company „FORESTER“ produces serial hydraulic cylinders with piston diameter of 30 – 200mm and stroke up to 4000mm. Among them there are:

  • single-acting and double-acting piston hydraulic cylinders;
  • plunger hydraulic cylinders;
  • telescopic hydraulic cylinders;
  • hydraulic cylinders with damping of the end of stroke on one or both sides;
  • hydraulic cylinder with installed hydraulic locks that lock one or two cavities. These cylinders are used on the manipulators to secure the stroke. It’s possible to install both external and internal hydraulic locks, when a hydraulic lock is placed in the “body” of the hydraulic cylinder.

Double-acting hydraulic cylinders

To drive the working bodies of the mobile machines most widely double-acting piston cylinders with one-sided stem are used.

The main parameters of the hydraulic cylinder: diameter of the piston D and bar d, working pressure P and run S.

According to the working pressure, piston and seal constructions of the hydraulic cylinders produced by company “Forester” are divided into:

  • Cylinders with a working pressure up to 300 bar, with a complex five-seal piston and a fastening nut;

Plunger cylinders

Plunger cylinders are single-acting hydraulic cylinders in which the working fluid is introduced into the cylinder under pressure only in one direction, causing the movement of the plunger (output link). The plunger returns back to its original position due to external forces or elastic elements.

  • Hydraulic cylinder without sleeve and piston sealing elements mounted in the corps;
  • Hydraulic cylinder with removable sleeve and the guide elements of the plunger;

Telescopic cylinders

Special hydraulic cylinders

The company "Forester" produces special hydraulic cylinders of any complexity in accordance with all the requirements of the customer.

In some cases, the ordinary single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders can’t be effectively used without special post-treatment.

Most often such cases arise when you want to have large stroke length with a small occupied space, a lot of effort with a limited diameter of the piston, the implementation of end position cushioning or enforceability lock cylinder bore. These and other requirements have led to special constructions of hydraulic cylinders, which are more complex, require higher production costs and are generally used on special machines in certain operating conditions.

  • Special same diameter double-rod hydraulic cylinder;
  • Tandem hydraulic cylinder;
  • Hydraulic cylinder with the ball bearing on the stock and supply of working fluid through the fixed corps;
  • One-sided hydraulic cylinder with a cylindrical returning spring;
  • Special one-sided hydraulic cylinder with a flat returning spring;
  • Hydraulic cylinder with a ball bearing in a corps and a pass of working fluid through a fixed hollow stem;

With the damping of stroke

One-way or two-way damping reduces the inertial forces acting on the details and mechanisms when large masses move at high speeds.
